I need to block my account
1. We recommend the use of this option in case you have lost your phone or your password details are compromised.
2. Compromised – contact us immediately to block the account.
3. Once your account is blocked, you would not be able to login to ebounti Home Services. However all the transaction history, and KYC documents would be secure with us. As and when you raise request to unblock, you would be able to use the account again.
4. In case you wish to continue blocking your ebounti Home Services account, kindly message us below mentioned details to help you with the query.
5. Confirmation email or SMS received for Jobs done on your ebounti Home Services account.
6. Kindly share the details along with email registered (if any) with ebounti Home Services. You may raise a request to unblock your account in the future.

- My Mobile number is lost or unavailable, how do I login?
Your Mobile number is required to login to ebounti Home Services account.
Option 1 : In case you can get the same number reissued from your operator, you can wait for it to be issued and then log in to your account.
Option 2 : In case you wish to continue using your ebounti Home Services account with a different number, please send us a message from the “message us” box found below with the following details.
Mobile number lost/inaccessible – New mobile number to be linked with your ebounti Home Services account (this number should not already be registered with ebounti Home Services)
Confirmation email/SMS received for job done on ebounti Home Services.

I want to update my company name
Our suggestion
1. In case you are not verified Technician or Business, you can go the ‘profile’ and select ‘edit profile’ to update your details.
2. In case you are verified Technician or Business, you will not be allowed to edit your profile. If your details reflecting wrong in your profile section which should be as per your KYC documents.

Our Suggestion
1. Go to ‘Profile’ and select ‘Edit Profile’
2. Select the email ID field, enter your email ID and click ‘save’
3. Enter the CODE send on your mobile and select ‘Submit’
4. Click on the verification link sent to your email id (Check spam folder as well)
5. Your email ID should be updated
6. Verification link sent to your email ID is valid for 48 hours.

2. Go to the mobile number field and enter the new mobile number you want to update with and click ‘save’
3. Enter the 6 digits CODE received on registered mobile number followed by the 6 digit CODE received on new mobile number for verification
4. Post confirmation, your mobile number should be updated.
